Young Tiger NT Rama Rao’s forthcoming flick ‘Shakti’, which has a socio-fantasy backdrop, directed by Meher Ramesh and produced by C. Aswinidutt on the banner of Vyjayanti Movies with Ileana in the female lead is most likely for release on March 31.

Though, it was earlier planned for release on April 1, the producer is of the opinion to prepone it by one day as April 1 is notorious for All Fools Day and any repercussions of the film might be linked to that famous day.

The film is being made with a whopping budget of Rs 45 crore and had created a record as the one and only film which was shot in as many locations so far.

The film was sold for a record Rs 8.5 crore in Ceded area.

Puja Bedi was glad to play the role of an Egyptian Princess in this film. The film also had other top stars from Bollywood like Jackie Shroff, Sonu Sood and Manjari Phadnis.
